Using 21 Dream Skin

These terms apply when you use the 21 Dream Skin website, mobile app, shop, wallet, routines, progress journal, product reviews, delivery services, or related support. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

You must provide accurate information and use the service lawfully. If you are under 18, use the service only with permission and supervision from a parent or guardian.

Accounts and security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your phone and sign-in provider secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Products, prices, and orders

• Product availability, descriptions, images, and prices may change before an order is confirmed.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it. We may cancel or limit an order where an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, or fraud is suspected.
• Delivery dates and fees are estimates unless we clearly state otherwise. You are responsible for providing accurate recipient and delivery details.

Payments and wallet

Payments and payouts may be handled by third-party payment providers. Their own terms may also apply. Wallet balances and transaction records are intended for use within 21 Dream Skin and are not a bank account.

Any refund, reversal, or failed-payment issue will be handled according to the order circumstances, the payment provider's rules, and applicable law.

Routines and guidance

Routines, product suggestions, product information, reminders, and educational content are general guidance only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and do not replace a qualified healthcare professional.

Stop using a product and seek appropriate advice if you experience irritation or another adverse reaction. Always review product ingredients and instructions before use.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service or interfere with its operation.

• Do not attempt to access another person's account or restricted systems.
• Do not upload unlawful, harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
• Do not copy, scrape, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where the law permits it.

Reviews and community rules

Product reviews are shown to other customers. We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. By posting a review, you agree that it is your honest experience with the product and that it does not contain:

• Hateful, harassing, threatening, sexual, or violent content, or insults aimed at anyone.
• Spam, advertising, links, or content that is off-topic or deliberately misleading.
• Anyone's personal information, including your own contact details.
• Anything unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

Reporting and blocking

You can report any review from the menu on that review, and block its author so you no longer see anything they write. A review you report is hidden from you straight away, and a review reported by several customers is hidden from everyone while we look at it.

We review reports within 24 hours. We remove content that breaks these rules and may suspend or close the account of anyone who posts it.

Our content and service

The 21 Dream Skin name, visual identity, app, website, copy, and original content belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service for its intended purpose.

We work to keep the service accurate and available, but it may occasionally be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the service develops. The updated version and effective date will appear on this page. Tanzanian law applies to these terms, subject to any rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
