Delete your account
Delete your 21 Dream Skin account from this page, without the app, and see what happens to your data when you do.

Delete it here, with WhatsApp
You don't need the app or a password. We'll give you a short code; send it to us on WhatsApp from the number on your account, and that proves the account is yours.

Or delete it in the app
Open the 21 Dream Skin app, signed in to the account. Then:
- Go to the Profile tab.
- Under My activity, tap Privacy.
- Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

What happens next
Either way, your account is scheduled for deletion 30 days after you ask, and we show you the exact date. Nothing is removed before then. Sign in to the app any time in those 30 days and tap Cancel deletion to keep everything.

What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, mobile number, birthday, gender and avatar.
- Your saved delivery addresses.
- Your journal photos, routines and check-ins.
- Your support chats.

What we keep
We keep a record of past orders and payments, with your personal details removed, because the law requires us to keep transaction records.

No WhatsApp number on your account?
If you signed up with Google or Apple and never added a mobile number, email neema@21dreamskin.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We may need to confirm it's you first. The same 30-day schedule and the same deletions apply.
